Data controller

The controller responsible for personal data processed via nivobid.com is the company named in our Impressum. You can reach us at hi@mazingbits.at.

What we collect

Why we process it

How long we keep it

We retain account data for as long as you have an active relationship with us, plus the retention periods required by Austrian commercial and tax law (typically seven years for invoicing data). We delete demo bookings within 24 months unless you become a customer.

Subprocessors

For website analytics we use PostHog as our processor, in its EU cloud (hosted in Frankfurt, Germany), and only after your consent. A data processing agreement with PostHog is in place. The full list of processors for the platform is available on request at hi@mazingbits.at.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access (Art. 15), rectify (Art. 16), erase (Art. 17), restrict (Art. 18), object to processing (Art. 21), and data portability (Art. 20). To exercise any of these rights, email hi@mazingbits.at. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian data-protection authority (Datenschutzbehörde, dsb.gv.at).

Cookies

On your first visit a cookie banner asks for your choice. Without your consent we only use what the site needs to work: one cookie (cc_cookie, 6 months) that stores your cookie choice. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking.

If you accept analytics, we use PostHog in its EU cloud (hosted in Frankfurt, Germany) to count page views, clicks on Book a demo and language switches. PostHog then stores cookies (up to 1 year) and session storage entries whose names start with ph_. We do not record sessions and do not capture form input or other text you type. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 165 (3) TKG 2021).

You can withdraw or change your consent at any time, with effect for the future, via Cookie settings in the footer. When you withdraw it, we delete the PostHog cookies and storage entries and stop all analytics.
